CO:CO Coffee Collective required a warm, editorial web presence combined with a resilient, no-code management system for café staff to update menus, hours, and journal stories on the fly.

The Process

Architected a modular web platform and staff CMS. Includes role-based permission tiers (Manager vs. Barista/Waitstaff), an activity audit log with one-click "undo" safety rollbacks, dynamic ingredient lists, and planned roadmaps for Payze table reservations and Loyverse POS inventory synchronization.
